It features a large oven with a firebrick base, allowing some of the smoke from the fire to enter the oven, giving a taste to food only wood can provide. The firebox is large enough to warm your outdoor area and provide an ambiance only a wood fire can give to those cool evenings. Constructed of stainless and mild steel and will burnish over time, which adds to the character of the oven.
The Pizza Pro is one of the finest crafted stainless steel wood fired pizza ovens ever created. Its rugged interior iron structure has been engineered to push heat from the wood fire below up and around the oven cooking compartment. The Pizza Pro is incased with heavy gauge stainless steel on all sides. It can be set up inside or outside, and weather any of the elements without a worry. Even through very tough winter months, the Pizza Pro will always stay looking like new.
